[page one] Wellfleet Feb 24th 1832 Mr. Ramond Sir I understand by Mr. Kemp that you have not agred for any oysters for the next season I should [lick?] to fatch them for you at a fair price I will fatch and deliver to Mr. Kemp what oysters you want from New York for 67 1/2 ch. per bushel one half to be pade in June the other half to be pade in October Or you may firnish money to buy them at New York and I will fatch and deliver them to Mr. Kemp on any one [illegible] that suits you for 16 cents per bushel made at the delivery If eathe those proposals should suit you or not I wish you would right and let me know as soon as you receiv this this from your friend William Newcomb [H.?] B.
